My name is KC Hobson, and I'm thrilled to serve you in your next real estate venture. I grew up most of my life moving frequently with my family across the United States. Moving, selling, renting, investing, and buying are all very familiar occurrences to me. My career as a professional baseball player has taught me to value privacy when taking on new investments, deeply do the research on all areas of the town I'm in to find the best opportunities, and understand that a deal can change on a whim and the need to react with professionalism matters.

Austin and its surrounding areas are continually growing and proving to be a great market with a wide range of options for all buyers, renters, sellers, and investors. I have personally been on all sides of a real estate transaction ranging from taking a risk on a foreclosure purchase with my wife on our first home, to selling a home as an unrepresented owner in a volatile market.
